Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Rover AI provides digital subscription services delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you:

  • gain instant access to the Service; and
  • waive your 14-day statutory withdrawal right under EU consumer law.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered when:

  • the Rover AI desktop app fails to function as described; and
  • the issue has been reported to support@roverai.ai with sufficient technical details and proof.

If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will instruct Paddle.com Market Ltd to issue a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • user error or misunderstanding of features;
  • changes of mind;
  • compatibility issues caused by unsupported hardware or operating systems;
  • claims based solely on dissatisfaction with functionality that was already available and testable in the free plan;
  • interruptions due to external services beyond our control.

4. Request Procedure

To request a refund, contact support@roverai.ai within 14 days of purchase, including:

  • your Paddle order number,
  • registered email,
  • description of the issue,
  • and any diagnostic information requested by our team.

Approved refunds are processed via Paddle within 7–10 business days.
